Terms & Conditions

*IMPORTANT* Please read the terms & conditions before placing any order ya!

1. Minimum order of quantity (MOQ) of 20 pieces in total from ALL buyers (not 20 pcs each buyer) must be met before we place the order with our Taiwan supplier.
2. Please bank-in the total amount within 3 days after you have received the confirmation from us. We will not place order for you if we did not receive payment.
3. All finalized orders will be placed to our Taiwan supplier directly.
4. If clothes are no longer available, we will contact you via e-mail and refund the particular amount to you.
5. Once orders have been placed with the supplier, it will take around 3-4 weeks to arrive at our shop.
6. For those who cannot wait that long, please do not place order ya ;)
7. Buyers are to bear all shipping and handling (S & H) cost of RM7 (West M'sia) / RM9 (East M'sia), via Poslaju. International buyers pls email us for shipping cost.
8. We are placing the orders directly with our Taiwan supplier, therefore we are not able to personally view & check out the quality of goods one by one and we will not hold responsible for it.
9. Customers will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaints such as different color, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, don’t like the color and etc.
10. Buyers should allow within 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.
11. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.
12. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.
13. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
14. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
15. By using this site, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
16. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.
17. All price are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

购物流程

1. 订单满20件就下定.
2. 完成订单后, 请您在3天内汇款, 如果是超过3天未汇款的订单，将予以删除不保留. 收到货款（汇款及转账成功）后我方才会为您处理订单.
3. 预购区的商品是直接从厂商处定购.
4. 如遇缺货我方将以email方式联络您，并退款给您。
5. 预购区的商品都是从国外外空运回来的，所以衣物的备货时间约3-4个星期。
6. 能等的才下定哦~
7. 以下货物不包括邮费，（快邮）西马邮费RM7; 东马邮费RM9。
国际邮费请电邮我们以索取详情。
8. 商品是直接从厂商处定购，所以我方不能一一的检查有关商品.
9. 顾客们必须自行承担预购的商品的风险, 我方不会为商品的尺寸偏差, 色差以及品质等等负责.
10. 商品衡量方式不同所以顾客们必须接受一寸以内的尺寸偏差.
11．商品是网络厂商提供的照片，可能因为拍摄的角度和灯光有所不同，和每个人的电脑荧幕会产生一点点色差对比．
12. 预购的商品属不能退换商品喔！
13. 商品寄出后如有任何损坏,我方将一概不负责.
14. 顾客们的个人质料，都仅供[aYaYacupboard]使用. [aYaYacupboard]绝对不会将使用者的个人质料提供给第三者或作为其他目的之用.
15. 使用此网页,顾客们必须接受所有的条款.
16. 我方将保留一切对此网页修改的权力. 不作令外通知.
